Our Condo Renovation Process

Our condo renovation process is standardized and straightforward. It starts with a quick call or online inquiry, followed by an on-site visit during which our Founder reviews your property, zoning, available space, and project goals. For larger jobs, we move into a paid design phase that covers layouts, finishes, and any drawings needed for condo board or management approval.

After that, we set a clear condo remodeling schedule, complete the work with regular updates and walkthroughs, and finish with a three-year warranty on the completed renovation. We only call the job done if you’re satisfied after a final walkthrough. If you have any questions or concerns, we address them promptly.

I shopped around for a contractor, but I pretty much knew right when I met him that Matthew & his team were the right guys for the job: he saw my vision, had a “can-do” attitude, came in with the most competitive estimate, & then started two weeks later. The crew are fantastic: knowledgeable, hard-working, quick-thinking, polite & funny, clean, & respectful. We first spoke to Zoe on the phone and she asked what exactly we were looking for so that Matt knew what we wanted before he even came to give us an estimate. Matt was very professional and had great ideas on how to achieve what we were looking for. We signed a 6 week contract, which was started within 2 weeks of signing, and they were done within 5.5 weeks. Matt's team was on time, friendly, professional, hard working, and always had time to answer any questions we might have.  The site was left tidy every night.  Paper was laid to protect our floors and plastic was hung to try to minimize the dust throughout the rest of the house. The project manager Shawn was on top of everything and went above and beyond to fix an oversight. The plumbing and electrical subcontractors were also very professional.
