You reach out by phone or through an online form, and our Office Administrator follows up personally. They use a simple questionnaire as a guide while keeping the call friendly and relaxed, gathering the details needed to serve you better. Our Founder reviews this information before your visit therefore already having a clear picture of your project and expectations.

Step 2: In-Home Consultation & Assessment

Our Founder meets you in your home for about an hour. He listens to your needs, walks through the space, discusses the budget, and explains how the company operates. At the end, he recommends the best path forward and answers your questions openly.

Step 3: Design Contract & Booking

For larger projects, our Founder may recommend a paid Design Contract as the next step. The design fee is usually between $1,000 and $10,000, depending on the project’s complexity, and it covers all planning before construction begins. Most clients move ahead with construction after design because they already know the plan and pricing.

Step 4: Detailed Design Phase

During the design phase, you work closely with our Founder to shape the project in detail. Layouts, finishes, fixtures, and other key decisions are made during this time, which typically takes 1 to 3 months. Almost every choice is finalized before construction begins, so later changes stay minor and are handled through clear change orders.

Step 5: Construction Schedule & Timelines

Once the design is complete, you receive a realistic timeline based on your project type. Kitchen remodels often take about 6 weeks, bathrooms can take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity, and complete or main floor renovations can take 3 to 5 months. The schedule is reviewed with you so you know what to expect.

Step 6: Living In Your Home During Construction

Many clients stay in their homes while we work and move to an untouched area, such as the basement. You may only need to step out for a short time when power or water is shut off for specific tasks. The team talks through your options so you understand what will happen and how to plan around it.

Step 7: Warranty

A three-year warranty covers the finished work. If anything covered by the warranty needs attention, you can reach out, and we will get back to you to make it right.

Step 8: Regular Walkthroughs

We want to hear from you. Throughout the construction phase, we conduct regular walkthroughs with you to address any questions or concerns.

Step 9: Maximum Client Satisfaction
