Cornwall Main Floor Renovation

This project showcases a complete main floor renovation, thoughtfully designed to enhance both flow and functionality. A key component of the transformation involved the removal of two partition walls, creating an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The renovation encompassed the full kitchen, living room, dining room, primary bedroom, and main bathroom, with a cohesive design carried throughout the space. The kitchen serves as the centerpiece of the home, featuring custom two-tone cabinetry with dovetail drawer boxes, sleek quartz countertops, and warm white oak shelving. A ceramic tile backsplash and wide-plank white oak flooring add texture and durability while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The main bathroom was reimagined as a spa-inspired retreat, complete with a custom walk-in shower featuring frameless glass, a built-in bench, and large-format tile. The space is complemented by a custom double-sink vanity and dedicated linen cabinetry, offering both elegance and practical storage. Additional highlights include a newly crafted oak staircase with custom railings, adding architectural character and tying the design elements together throughout the home.
